Returns & Cancellation Policy

This Returns & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made through the services operated by FundChamps LLC ("we," "us," "our"), including our website and mobile application. This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All order cancellations must meet both of the following conditions:
The cancellation request is made within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase; AND
The order has not yet shipped or been prepared for pickup.
To request a cancellation, contact us at help@fundchamps.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will confirm whether your cancellation request can be processed.
If both conditions are met, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If the order has already shipped or the 24-hour window has passed, the cancellation request cannot be honored.
2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If any product arrives damaged, defective, or contaminated, you must notify us in writing at help@fundchamps.com within seven (7) days of delivery.
When reporting a damaged or defective product, please include:
Your order number;
The email address used at checkout;
A description of the damage or defect; and
Photos of the damaged product and packaging (if possible).
Claims submitted after the seven (7) day period will not be eligible for refund or replacement, and we shall bear no further responsibility.
If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, either issue a refund for the affected item(s) or send a replacement.
3. NON-DELIVERY
If your order was not delivered, you may request a refund by contacting us at help@fundchamps.com.
Requests relating to non-delivery must be made within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the shipping address provided.
Any requests made after sixty (60) days are not guaranteed. Refunds for claims made after this period shall be issued, if at all, solely at the discretion of FundChamps LLC.
Before requesting a refund for non-delivery, please check:
Your order confirmation email for estimated delivery timeframes;
Any tracking information provided (if applicable); and
With other members of your household or building management, as packages may have been received by another person.
4. WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED
If you receive items that are different from what you ordered, please contact us at help@fundchamps.com within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and a description of what you received versus what you ordered.
We will work to resolve the issue by sending the correct item(s) or issuing a refund, at our discretion.
5. PARTIAL REFUNDS
FundChamps LLC may, at its discretion, process refunds for specific items within an order rather than the full order. When a partial refund is issued:
The refunded amount will include the proportional product cost and applicable tax for the refunded item(s);
Shipping fees may or may not be refunded depending on the circumstances, at the discretion of FundChamps LLC;
The Giveback (fundraiser share) associated with the refunded item(s) will be recalculated accordingly тАФ meaning the fundraiser's total raised amount will be reduced by the Giveback portion of the refunded item(s); and
Platform fees associated with the refunded item(s) will also be adjusted.
6. DIRECT DONATIONS
Refund eligibility for direct donations is determined at the sole discretion of FundChamps LLC. If you have questions about a direct donation refund, please contact us at help@fundchamps.com with your order number.
7. PICKUP ORDERS
For orders designated for local pickup:
You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup at the designated location.
It is your responsibility to pick up your order within a reasonable timeframe as communicated by FundChamps LLC or the event Manager.
Uncollected pickup orders may be subject to forfeiture. FundChamps LLC is not obligated to issue refunds for orders that are not picked up.
If your order is not available at the designated pickup location or time, please contact us at help@fundchamps.com.
8. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products delivered via email are generally non-refundable once delivered. If you did not receive your digital product or believe there was an error, please contact us at help@fundchamps.com within seven (7) days of purchase.
9. HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED
All approved refunds are processed as follows:
Refund method: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout via Stripe. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method, bank account, or as store credit.
Processing time: Once approved, refunds are submitted to Stripe immediately. However, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Refund amount: Refunds include the product cost and applicable sales tax for the refunded item(s). Shipping fees are refunded at the discretion of FundChamps LLC. Payment processing fees charged by Stripe are non-refundable and are absorbed by FundChamps LLC.
10. IMPACT OF REFUNDS ON FUNDRAISERS
When a refund is processed, the fundraising totals associated with the refunded order are adjusted:
The Giveback amount (fundraiser share) associated with the refunded item(s) is deducted from the event's and seller's total raised amount.
If a full order is refunded, the supporter count for the seller and event may also be adjusted.
These adjustments are made automatically and are reflected in the event's leaderboard, store statistics, and payout calculations.
If funds have already been paid out to the fundraising Manager before a refund is processed, FundChamps LLC reserves the right to deduct the refunded Giveback amount from future payouts or to request repayment from the Manager.
11. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
By making a purchase, you agree to first contact us at help@fundchamps.com to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution.
We are committed to resolving legitimate issues promptly. However:
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in suspension of your ability to make future purchases through the Services.
We will contest unauthorized chargebacks with supporting documentation of the transaction, including order details, delivery confirmation, and communication records.
If a chargeback is filed on a transaction for which funds have already been disbursed to the fundraiser, FundChamps LLC reserves the right to deduct the disputed amount from the fundraiser's current or future payouts.
12. GENERAL EXCLUSIONS
EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN THIS POLICY, WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
The following are not eligible for refunds or returns:
Orders where the cancellation request was made after 24 hours or after the order has shipped;
Products that are not damaged, defective, or contaminated (e.g., buyer's remorse, change of mind);
Damaged product claims submitted after the 7-day reporting window;
Non-delivery claims submitted after the 60-day window;
Pickup orders that were not collected within the designated timeframe; and
Any other situation not expressly covered by this policy.
